Since 1986, Cohn and Merchant have continued to work together and created many successful restaurant concepts and making strides in the restaurant world, including opening Merchants NY Chelsea in 1992, Merchants NY UWS in 1995 and Merchants NY UES in 1996.

Abraham Merchant and Richard Cohn continue to forge ahead by adding new properties to their portfolio. With their dedication to customer service and satisfaction, they continue to make quite an impression on New York. In the last several years Cohn and Merchant opened SouthWest NY, Pound and Pence, Merchants Café and most recently Merchants BBQ. With their long term commitment and dedication to New York City, they are now launching their latest concept, Oaxaca Mexican Grill. Oaxaca Mexican Grill will use naturally raised meat products, recycled building materials and maintain a strong focus on all things fresh and natural, from farm to plate.
